Very easy repair. Great tech support..
I've purchase parts from PartSelect for more than 10 years and am no longer amazed at the quality of the tech support folks who assist with ordering. They are simply the best. The repair was extremely easy to do. Price of the part was hundreds of dollars less than what was available locally, not to mention I did not need to pay for a service technician to do the repair.

My dryer will not shut off when a cycle is complete. The only way for it to stop is to open the door and leave open or unplug?
For model number DLE1101W
Hi Jamie, Thank you for the question. The main PCB Assembly has the cycle timer built into it. The PCB assembly will need to be replaced in order to fix this issue, PartSelect Number PS7793220. Hope this helps!

My dryer will power on, but will not start dying. It appears moisture has gotten in the control. Will replacing the pcb assembly fix the issue? Also, what is your return policy?

I have an LG dryer purchased in 2012 where it is getting power but there are no lights on the display board i think the main control board might have gone out can you advise .. unit will not turn on
For model number DLE1101W
Hi Tim, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that you could take a look at for this issue. I would suggest checking your thermal fuses and your thermostats. Those might actually be what the issue is. If they are find however then it may have something to do with your board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Does not shut off
For model number L G DLE1101W
Hello Edward, thank you for your question. This issue could be caused by a bad fuse or thermostat. We would recommend testing the PartSelect Number: PS3530485 thermal fuse, thermostat PartSelect Number: PS3530482 and PartSelect Number: PS8747887 first. Set your multimeter to the R X 1 setting. Take each of your meter's probes and touch one to each terminal. You are testing for continuity, and you should receive a reading of either zero or infinity. At room temperature, testing the thermostat should produce a reading of zero. But if a thermostat is tested when it is heated to its limit, a reading of infinity should be produced. We strongly recommend that you test your thermostat at room temperature. If the test you conduct with your thermostat does not produce these results, then you should replace the component. If the thermostats are not the issue we would recommend testing the main board, and user interface board. I hope this helps!
