Not drying dishes. Original error was HE. Already replaced heater element(assembly). Still not drying dishes. do I need to replace sensor assembly?

Hello Barb, thank you for your question. Some dishwashers have a drying cycle that may not always completely dry the dishes. If you're using a shorter or eco-friendly wash cycle, this might not dry the dishes completely. Or, some common reasons for an LG dishwasher not drying dishes are overloading or improper loading techniques. Squeezing too many items in each rack restricts the flow of hot air that dries dishes. Dishwasher not heating the water at all wanted to replace thermistor but can’t find it. Does it go by a different name? Already replaced heating element. HE is the error code.

Hello Jesse, thank you for contacting us. The HE error indicates a heater error. We would recommend checking the heater assembly, part number PS3527787. This assembly includes the temperature sensor.
