Hello and thank you for writing. a flashing 4 means "damper error". The air damper is found between the freezer and fresh food section and regulates temperature in the fresh food section by opening wide for things that warm up your fresh food section example would be opening the door and letting warm air inside. The damper then closes to keep the right temperature. We suggest to try a hard reset: Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem. If this does not fix this problem then your temperature sensor PS1765215 might be faulty, you should check the part(s) for signs of damage or test with a multimeter, and replace the part(s) as needed. Hi Keith, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Starter,Part Number: PS1765256 and the Run Capacitor, PartSelect Number: PS2333670 for continuity. If they are not defective you may have a defective control board. Hope this helps!
