The part arrived in about 7 days. The part was too short. According to the package it had a tag on it stating that it was for a gas oven. My stove is electric. When ordering there was no mention that the gasket was for an electric stove or gas. I made an adjustment to the gasket by using my existing gasket, which will work for the time being as I am looking to purchase a new stove.

Seal worn on corner allowing heat to escape, sensor not reading the correct temperature
Spring clips installed on seal just pull off door. New clips get inserted in mounting holes and are pushed in to seat in door. Seal ends slide into door holes.

When we bought the house the gasket was hard from food deposits
Just pulled out the old one and pushed in the new one. Very easy. I was afraid to run this self-cleaning oven until I installed the new gasket. It worked perfectly.

I have purchased replacement gasket (part # wb41t10003). Gasket has clips to insert around window, however ends of gaskets have nothing on end. How are ends of gasket attached?

My model number is only partly visible "jtp20c". Is this gasket part Generic for all GE ovens, if not, can you help?
