None of the burners or oven elements heat it has power because the lights on the panel come on but no heat happens . Could it be the electronic clock oven control panel?
For model number JSP42SN2SS
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check with a multimeter. You will need to test the sensor with a multimeter and the sensor should be at room temperature. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I changed out the keypad module today (everything worked on the original but 3 and 4). Turned power back on and everything worked perfectly! My wife put some food in the oven on 400 degrees and the display started flashing and now "locked door" is illuminated on the display panel and nothing will work. Any ideas?
For model number JDP47F4WW
Hello William, thank you for inquiring. Try disconnecting the power to the range for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power and see if the door will unlatch. If it does not, set the oven to clean for 1-2 hours and then wait 30 minutes for the oven to cool and try unlocking it then. We hope this helps.
