Washer cycle never stops, washer runs, drains and starts over. Reset by power button for 3 seconds doesn’t work. Any thoughts?

Hi Eric, Thank you for the question.This could be one of two things, if the heating element is not working the board might be waiting for the water to heat up and is repeating the same cycle.If the water is getting hot then it sounds like the timer that sends the appliance to the next cycle is defective. The timer on this model is build into the control board,PartSelect Number PS11729197. Hope this helps!

I have part #PS7320313 control panel cover that I bought from you. How is this part removed? It doesn't look like there are any screws. Is it just snapped in place? Thanks

Hi Michael , Thank you for the question. The panel is attached to the door. You will need to remove the panel from the door to see where the Control Panel is attached and held in place.Hope this helps!
