Halogen Light Bulb

Right part but I needed 2. I called to get a 2nd bulb priced at $17.00 but was told I would have to pay an additional 9.99 shipping. My fault, I know, I should have done more research before ordering the first one. So I went on Amazon and found a 2 pack for less than $8. So I paid way too much for the first bulb and will never use this company again. Talk about price gouging!!!!!!!

Difficult to put in ???????

Both bulbs burned out so I removed them. Looked on FB for replacements, they came very soon and I put them in myself. Instructions say “Do not touch the bulbs”and they go in quite easily. I’m a female, 76 yrs. Old. and very proud of myself. Fairly easy job.

Easy to find the right bulb for the product, shipped quickly and securely.

One of the light bulbs under the microwave oven burned out. I ordered a new bulb using the part number that was in the user guide for the oven. I put the new bulb in but it is not as bright as the other one. Clearly the bulbs that were originally in the oven are a higher wattage than the 25 watt replacement bulb. I don't understand how this could happen. I don't know how to fix the problem. I would like to have received a higher wattage bulb (maybe 50 watts). I won't buy another bulb from PartSelect. They are too expensive to have this problem happen.

The bulbs were the perfect ones required and thank you.We have not installed them as they are very difficult to install.As we watch You Tube,we have realized that ours,for some reason, on the blind side and it is very difficult to see.We have used mirrors and flashlights to no avail so have put them aside until we are able to get asistance.Thanks for checking on the product and through no fault of yours,we are unable to use them right now.Brenda J

My order arrived quickly ....the bulb was a bit difficult to insert because of the microwave ... very pleased and would order parts from this company again !
