I hope someone will be able to help me with my oven problem. I am really hoping that it will be resolved before christmas eve. My oven is giving an f11 error code and according to the manufacture manual the oven control board and the temperature sensor need to be replaced. I ordered these two parts from partselect. Instructions to replace them were very simple and easy to follow which i did. My oven's bran is a Kenmore (model:790 780 33300 & serial #nf4253152). When i installed the new parts and when i plugged my oven to the electric outlet, the first thing that happened was that the oven make a beep sound to indicate that it was on and also the first thing that appeared on the oven key pad was the same message "error f11 error" code and start beeping and it would not stop until i unplugged the electric cord. What do you think it could be happening to my oven? Please help. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Felipe reyes.

Hi Felipe,
Thank you for your question. The constant beeping and the F11 are caused by a shorted touch pad. You will need to check the connections between the touchpad and the electronic control board to make sure they are connected correctly. You can try pressing buttons on the touchpad to see if this will clear the F11 error code. If this does not work, you will need to consult your owner's manual or contact Frigidaire.
