Hi Robbie, any symptoms? I would go to the manual page 20 for troubleshooting the washer not starting. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

The washer will stop mid-way through normal or heavy duty wash cycles, but will complete casual/delicate cycles and completes rinse/spin cycle with no issues. I’m guessing it’s either the cycle selector or control board. Your insight is appreciated. Thanks
For model number FFGL3911QW1
Hello Brian, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend stopping the cycle and rearranging the clothes to disperse the weight more evenly, as that will fix the issue. If the issue still remains, you may need to replace the selector switch, part number PS5574046. We hope this solves your problem!
The washing machine sometimes completes the wash cycle and sometimes it doesn't, it stops during the heavy and normal cycles, we unplug it and plug it in again and it regularly completes the cycle. Which part could cause this failure?
For model number FFLG4033QW0
Hi Angel, thank you for your question! Based on the description, the issue is with the control board, part number PS11703856. It processes the cycle settings you choose. You may need to replace the board to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
