I have a se code flashing on my control screen. The oven won't come on to cook or broil. The clock won't keep the correct time as the se code keeps flashing. The stove top works fine just the oven doesn't work. Thanks.
For model number NE595R0ABSR
Hello Miguel, Thank you for your inquiry. The SE error code indicates a defective key on the control panel. Check connections on the wiring harness, the overlay and the main control board. Hope this helps!

Control panel gives error 5E. This is an error in a touch button. What parts do I need to repair?
For model number NE594R0ABSR
Hi Tymn,
Thank you for your question. If your washer is in the middle of a drain cycle and the 5E error code shows on your washers display, it means that the water is not properly draining out of the washer. Something may be clogged, jammed, or blocked and thus preventing water from draining out of the washer. You will need to check the pump and the hoses to see where the issue is. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

This is a Flex duo range. When using the bottom oven says it it preheated before it actually is but continues heating well past desired temp. Top oven preheat only using broil coils and heats bottom oven, top bake element never comes on. Is the main control board possibly bad?
For model number NE595R1ABSR/AC
Hi Rob, Thank you for the question. I first suggest testing the temperature sensor in the oven.Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If the sensor is good, the board may need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

MY ELECTRIC RANGE WILL HEAT UP TO PRE HEAT TEMP, BUT WON'T MAINTAIN PROPER HEAT SETTING. COULD THIS BE A MAIN BOARD ISSUE? BOTH HEATING ELEMENTS ARE WORKING.
For model number NE595R0ABSR
Hello Jeff, thank you for your question. A common part that fails and causes you issue is the Range Oven Temperature Sensor PS4240743. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. A second part could be the Convection Fan Motor PS4240735.The fan motor helps rotate the upper fan blade to circulate the hot air though the oven cavity for even heating. We hope this helps.
No heat on bake or broil. Everything looks good at start up but never heats up. Replace temp sensor and high limit thermostat but no change.
For model number NE594ROABSR/AA
Hello Rodney, thank you for your question. It sounds like the issue is the board itself. If the temp sensor and thermostat were changed but the oven still doesn't come on, the next step would be to change that board part number PS5576835. Please enter the part number into the site for current price and availability. Good luck with your repair!

My stove keeps beeping even when turned off. You recommended replacing control board. Would the temperature sensor cause this problem or is it the control board for sure. Thank you i just want to make sure i fix the problem
For model number Ne594r0absr/aa
Hello Ed, Thank you for contacting us. This is normally an issue with the board, but if you like you can test the sensor. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. Hope this helps!
