Wasn't too hard to replace
I, being female, thought I could do it myself, watched a video on how to take washer front and top off, no problem. I couldn't get the clamp off the old part, so I called Bubba, he came over and assisted me. He wouldn't leave till machine was back together and running. Every girl needs a Bubba.

It's leaking from their will this part fix the problem and is it easy to replace
For model number GCWN4950D1WS
Hi Maggie,
Thank you for the question, yes if this part is leaking I suggest replacing it. To install the new funnel shower head you will need to remove the front panel by using a putty knife or something similar to release the spring clips. Once removed you will need to lift the main top of the unit and you will have access to the shower head to replace it.
Good luck with the repair!

I see the funnel shower head leaking with drops from the holed area (spray area). A customer asked the same question. If it leaks at this point, is this the part to replace for the leak? Thank you.
For model number GTWN4250D1WS
Hello Jerome, thank you for your question. If the unit is leaking when the appliance is NOT in use, the water valve should be replaced as its staying opened and not closing completely. Otherwise, yes, the shower head assembly would be the part to replace! I hope this helps!
