When the oven is on bake, is the upper boiler heating element supposed to heat up also?
For model number 79095912201

Hello Charles, thank you for the question. The broil element will turn on during the preheat and may come on and off during baking to help hold the set temperature but it will not stay on the full time while the oven is on bake setting. Hope this helps!
