Is this a complete handle?

This is the complete handle but the Trim that cover the screw, Part Number: PS428738, The mounting Block, Part Number: PS427804 and the screws Part Number: PS1525987(2 required), Part Number: PS1526032 and PartSelect Number PS1525540 are sold separately.
