The drum inside the washer is loose and causing water to drain underneath. Can you help?

Thanks for your question. Check the bearings for the drum along with the dampers and see if they are intact - you may also want to test the drain pump with a multimeter for continuity and replace it if it shows no continuity.

Hot and cold hose hooked up; when the cold water is turned on , water leaking out the back below the water hose-been cold---possible cracked?
