Is the door switch tied in with the door open alarm. My gasket is sealed but the alarm still sounds off as if the door is not closed. Thanks
For model number LFFH21F7HWG
Hi Norm,
Thank you for your question. If the door is closed and the alarm is sounding, you will need to replace the door switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

What controls door ajar alarm?
For model number 25328432802
Hi Vic, the door is probably not sealing properly. Check the door gasket part making sure it is properly installed and not damaged. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

My inside light doesn’t work ever since the unit was new. I am looking at the location for the switch on here and I don’t have a switch there. It’s a little flap and I flipped it open and there’s some little holes like it’s a vent. The size of the hole where that vent is, is the right size for a switch I believe. Can u help me please
For model number FFFU14F2QWR
Hi Norris, thank you for the question. We have found that, to solve this issue, you may need to check the light switch, part number PS427069. The light switch is located at the bottom right of the freezer behind the toe grille. We hope that helps!
