I have a Samsung range (model number above). One of the elements (front left as you stand looking at it) won't turn down. It only turns up all the way. I purchased a new element but my repair guy said i should have purchased the new knob that controls that element. This knob is the one on the far left of the display. It controls two different size cooking areas on this one element. It will turn the element on, but won't regulate the power to it. Even when we turn it down to low it is still on high. I need to know what part this is since there are no pictures on your website
