Washer is not filling. Ran troubleshooting and no codes came up. Turned washer on cold cycle and hot water came out, not cold. Washer completed it's cycle. Is that then temp sensor? help needed! thanks, Mark

My washer does not have hot water during operating cycles. It does cycle the hot water during the test on "17h" function. All the solenoids range in 730 ohm. The hot water valve does not get the 120V on hot water operating cycle. I replaced the control board and that did not fix it. I'm wondering if it might be the thermister assembly gone bad? is there anyway to test it?

Hi Larry, thank you for your inquiry. To test the thermistor, use a multimeter. Set your multimeter to ohms or resistance. Measure the resistance across the two pins for the thermistor. At room temperature, most washer thermistors read around 10,000 to 50,000 ohms (10k - 50k). If it fails the test, you may need to replace the thermistor, part number PS4214274,3 it to fix the issue.
