Why does water keep flowing in when reaching a required level?

Hi Hannah, Thank you for your question. If the washer will not stop filling with water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. Depending on your model, you will need to check the water inlet valve, the water level switch, the pressure switch and the air dome tube. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
