There is a big gap between the housing and adjoining cabinets. The instructions mention the air gap kit and cabinet seal kit. I do not need the cabinet seal and I do not know what they mean by the air gap kit. What am I looking for to fill the gaps between the dishwasher and adjoining cabinets?

Hello Mike,
Thanks for your question. Air gaps keep contaminants in the drain line from going into the water system. An air gap creates a vertical area between the flood rim of the fixture and the drain. You may be able to purchase filler strips to seal up the gap between the dishwasher and the cabinets, though we do not show a part for that type of part available on this model's parts list.

i need the part that connects to both sides of cabinet which the brackets on top of dish washer are screwed to. i cannot find this part on your drawings.i put model number from my appliance but your system is saying it cant find a match.

Hi Edward, thank you for the question. The bracket kit you are looking for is part number PS421215. It holds the dishwasher to the surrounding cabinets. We hope that helps!
