The same part comes with 10 and 12 pin connections. They sent the wrong one.
The part looked just like the original. My refrigerator model matched PartSelect's shopping tool. But the part didn't fit. They were good at taking the return though. Watched YouTube video. The one where the repair guy took the entire assembly out of the door and worked on a flat surface. Went exactly as shown in the video.
