Is this the bin that holds a gallon of milk? Also, our old shelf/bin was two parts, a white part that goes into the door and a clear part that snaps onto the front of the shelf. Do I need to order the clear part also?

This is a for a Samsung rs22hdhpnsr stainless steel finish side by side refridgerator recently purchased. I'd like to add additional door bins for the refridgerator but cannot locate them on your site. I believe the upper might be oem part number a9706177c. Can you please provide me with the part select part number for the upper and lower door bins? The upper has a greater depth than the lower. Also are these aftermarket or genuine oem? Thank you!

We show that the measurements for this bin are 17 inches at the back, but if you measure from the tabs that hold the bin into the door, it measures 18 inches at the widest points and approximately 7 3/4 inches from front to back.
