My fridge is randomly beeping, the same chime as when you adjust the temperature. I tried unplugging, waiting an hour, then plugging back in and did the reset on the control panel. Will not stop beeping. Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue? The fridge does still run and is keeping cold.

I do mobile RV repair and work on R. V refrigerators all the time, which are gas absorption refrigerators and here and there due to the RV world revolving more and more to residential style refrigerators. I'm getting more and more service calls on refrigerators. Rarely does one stop me but this one kind of has me second guessing Myself. When you plug the refrigerator in you hear the little relay. Click on the back of the refrigreater and it powers one, but it is cycling off and on complethe front.
User control board which displays the temperature and has the temperature control.Buttons is cycling off and on very fast as well as the lights internally. So my first thought was to check consistency of electricity at the control board. I have a 118.9 V at the control boand.
And on the inverter board saying I have 118.9 going in to the board. And I have of between 18 and 22.5 V coming out of that board so it almost seems to me that the inverter board was bad. I took another inverter Board that I had brand new in the package and put it on to see if it would remedy the problem and it did not. So now it's gonna lead me to the front control board.Especially when I opened it up and I found dead roach carcasses in there. What are your thoughts on this?
