This screw, known as a handle fixer, is used to keep the door handles on your refrigerator secure. This screw is a genuine OEM part that comes individually, and simply screws into place in your refrigerator, and then allows the refrigerator handle to slide onto it. Your refrigerator normally has two of these fixer screws, so be sure to check how many you require before ordering.

We misplaced the mounting screws for our handles while moving.
It was easy! I just used an alan wrench to losen the side bolt, then slid the handle into the new mounting screws that I had hand-screwed and then tightened it all up.

My door handle to the lower freezer compartment broke off the door. I tried to repair it but the plastic 'sleeves' inside the handle have broken. Can I purchase those sleeves that slide inside each ends of the handle and house the metal nuts that connect the handle to the door?
For model number RF4287HARS

Flashing code 44e
For model number Rs22hdhpnsr
Hi Kenneth, thank you for your question. The 44E error code means: Communication error between the electronic control board and inverter board. Unplug the refrigerator and check the wire harness connections between the inverter board and the electronic control board. Reconnect any loose wires and repair any broken wires. If the wiring connections are okay, call a service technician to diagnose and repair the failure. The technician will need to conduct live voltage checks to determine the cause of the problem. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
