For model number RF263BEAESG
Hi Ramiro, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the issue is most likely with the defrost thermostat, part number PS4140510. Before replacing it, we would recommend checking the defrost heater for continuity. We hope this solves your problem!
Ice is melting in the icemaker compartment. Where is the fan located that moves air to icemaker compartment?
For model number RF4287HARS
Hi Grady, thank you for your inquiry. If the refrigerator is not cold enough, it could cause the ice cubes to slowly melt and clump together. Make sure refrigerator compartment temperature is as per manufacturer's recommendation. If the temperature is fine, you may need to replace the evaporator fan motor, part number PS4138373, located in the refrigerator section. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!
