The fridge side works fine but no cold air is entering the freezer, it is thawed out and never had a icing issue, does it need a new fan?

Hello Mitchell, thank you for inquiring. This is most likely due to a faulty Temperature Sensor part number PS4138681 for your model. You may also want to consider the Main PCB Assembly part number PS4139645. Good luck with your repair!

The refrigerator fan is no longer turning on. The freezer not holding temp nor the refrigerator. What part would I need and should I also replace temperature sensor?
