I think i've narrowed down my problem to this switch but i'm not sure. How can i tell if the switch is bad? I tried to ohm it out and didn't see any response on my meter which leads me to believe it is a bad switch.
For model number tc507
Hi Gregg,
Thank you for your question. To verify if the switch is the problem, you will need to test it with a multimeter. Here is a link to one of our videos on YouTube that you may reference on how to use one, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

How do I remove the safety switch in order to test it?
For model number GC900QPPB6
Hello Ron, Thank you for the question. You can decompress the tab on the side of the switch with a flat head screw driver by inserting the screw driver under the edge of the switch. Once decompressed, the switch can be "popped" out of place to disconnect the wiring and install the new switch. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
