broken vent grill and cracked door panel
Vent Grill - Remove 2 screws on top to the far left and far right and pull out the grill. When installing the new grill, insert the bottom 2 tabs in their slots and then firmly but gently push down on the top of the grill to snap it in place, being very careful not to break the plastic tabs on top. Reinsert the top screws.
Door Panel - Remove 3 screws on the outside edge of the door where the latch is. Snap off the door panel by pulling away the outer edges, being very careful that the glass pane which is only glued to the door panel does not come loose and fall out. Unscrew and remove the door handle. Remove the glass pane by scraping off the silicon glue. A razor is handy for removing any residue. Reattach the glass pane to the new door panel, making sure that the Whirlpool logo is facing the right way. You may need to slightly flex the plastic mounting tabs that hold the glass pane. Apply silicon glue to secure it in place. After the glue dries, screw on the door handle and snap the door panel on the door by gently flexing the outer edges and pushing it in place. Reinsert the 3 screws on the outside edge of the door.
General Comments - Both of these parts have flimsy plastic tabs to hold things in place and unfortunately, because they fit rather snugly, you need to apply just enough force to snap them in place without breaking them. Also, do not tighten any of the screws too much as this can break the plastic or cause stress fractures later. It's an easy installation but you just need to be careful not to break anything.

Door panel frame was cracked
removed the phillips head screws on the latch side of the door and popped the old frame off. Then we reset the glass from the old frame on the inside of the new frame. closed the door and lined up the new frame and gave it a little bump to get it set. installation was easy and on a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give it an 8.5.

outer door frame cracked by handel
I followed the instructions that were on the web site, seeing the new panel and how it went on just a press fit I was able to pry the old one off being careful not to break the glass as it is attached to the door frame, once off clean the glass and set it in new panel and silicone the same spots let dry and just press back into place.

The microwave door had been opened too far and the door trim cracked along the backside.
Other instructions on the site are accurate. The only caution to add is remembering to put the handle back on before snapping the new panel into place. The plastic tabs are flimsy as previously mentioned and fit VERY snugly. Removing the new panel is VERY challenging without breaking it. So pay attention to the repair and not as much to the conversation around you while you replace the panel and you'll be fine.
