remote would not work
Ordered A/C remote. Upon arriving it would not work. Call company I ordered it from and explain situation. An email was sent explaining how to return item. (easily done) While talking to repair dept they suggested I purchase a new one (Using Discover) and the amount I paid for the old one would be processed through my Discover card from which I purchased it. Received new remote (works great) but as of this date I see no action taken by company re-imbursement when viewing my Discover account...

All that is wrong is the remote control does not wok because it is a missing battery tray. I remember seeing it lying around and i threw it away not realizing what it was. Then i found the paper with a diagram showing how to change the battery and i realized my mistake. Does this mean i must buy a entire remote control? The ac is seven years old and with my luck just after i pay for a new remote, and it isn’t cheap, the whole ac will die. Can you jprovide just a new battery tray?
