Two burners work only intermittently. The problem seems to be in the touch screen. Which part would i replace? Thank you

Thank you for your inquiry. If the touch screen is not responding, you will need to check continuity of the touch screen, the wiring between the touchpad and the electronic control board and the electronic control board with a multimeter to see which part is causing the issue. Hi i only need the glass piece to my control panel. Too much pressure has broken the plastic on the on/off button. Is this possible to purchase?

Hello Carol, thank you for your question. The control panel you've referenced is just the frame around the control touch panel. If none of the cook top burners are working you will want to test or replace the element control boards. These boards control the burners. Part number PS3646288 and part number PS3646159. Unit will not reset from "sabbath mode" we have pushed settings button for 3 seconds.

Hello Trace, thank you for writing. Press both the Bake and Broil keys at the same time until SF displays, then press the Delay Start Key until Shut Down displays. Then press Start and you should be able to use the appliance as normal. Good luck with your repair!

The right front burner only works on high. It stops working as soon as you turn the setting down.

Hello Adam, thank you for contacting us. First, check your heating element using a multimeter for continuity. If the heating element, part number PS3527757, fails the continuity test you may need to replace it. If the heating element is good, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS3646288, to fix your issue. We hope this helps.
