This genuine OEM burner knob gives you control over the heat temperature of your cooktop or range burner element. It features a stainless steel color and measures approximately 2 inches in diameter. If the knob is cracked or damaged, it is advisable to replace it. To do so, ensure the knob has the OFF position centered at the top, then slide it straight off the stem and replace it with the new knob. Please note that these knobs are sold individually.

I will only buy this part if the actual replacement knob is heavy stainless steel. The o.E.M LG knob is made of cheap plastic and i will not keep buying plastic knob's that do not last. Can you tell me if this is durable heavy stainless steel?

Can you replace just the insert that goes into the knob? That’s the only part that breaks. The knob itself is fine…

Are the replacement knobs for this stovetop plastic?
