What is the difference between k105 and k105a in the diagram?

Hi Darron, thank you for your question! The diagram number k105a is the outer rear tub assembly, part number PS3634677, which comes with shock absorber, and the k105 is the outer rear tub assembly, part number PS12374378, which does not include the shock absorber. Glad to be of assistance!
