Drawer Roller Specifications

This part is sold individually. This part is white plastic on the outside and metal on the interior, with a hole in the middle. The roller assembly is found in your refrigerator. You will find this part on the frame in between the two drawers. This part allows the crisper drawer to slide with ease back and forth. You may notice that your drawer is not opening smoothly and this may be due to the wear and tear of the roller assembly. It is common for rollers to wear out at the same speed so we suggest replacing all the rollers at the same time.

You sent the wrong part the first time. Then you said that I had to return the weird plastic part that you sent the second time and that I needed to pay you more money and order the part a second time. So I did. You still have not sent me the part that I have now paid for twice!!! I am getting to the point that I am about to file a complaint with the State of Massachusetts consumer protection bureau.

The roller for the crisper/deli drawers broke off so i need that entire bracket assembly
