The ice maker has stopped making ice. Usually when I turn it on (inside switch), I can hear a slight sounds that tells me it’s working. But I’m not hearing any sounds or seeing any movement. Thanks

Hi John, thank you for the question. We would suggest checking the water inlet valve, part number PS10066440. It supplies water to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The ice maker is not producing any ice after changing a sensor in the back wall of the freezer.

Hello John, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the ice dispenser door motor, part number PS7791867. It opens and shuts the ice door on the ice dispenser chute. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
