The part came fast and installation could not have been easier.

Part was just what I needed.

Part was the correct part, the order was handled efficiently and expediently.

When I finally got it, it is great. I waited 2 weeks. Called and was told there was NO order. I printed the information on my order the day I ordered. Gave the number again and was told it was shipped do to Larry somebody and my name is not Larry. Same rep and repeat of number and was told you did not have and had to order. Two more weeks. My credit card was charged and I was about to recall after three weeks and it arrived. It would be nice if you would let people know when you have to back order. I do not mind back orders but I do mind that kind of runaround. Hope I never have to order anything from you again. Kaye Burlason
