The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):

Easy website purchase, delivered on time
We troubleshot the issue... Original capacitor was bad. The new part came as expected, with no issues. Unfortunately, there was another problem with the microwave, so this did not fix the issue. Ended up purchasing a new microwave. But the whole purchasing and delivery process was easy, and went without a hitch.

Microwave will not heat
For model number Lmv 1683 st
Hello Thomas, thank you for your question. If the Microwave Door Switch is damaged, the microwave may look like it still works with the fan and rotation motor still functioning, but the food won’t warm up. Part number PS3522738, and Part number PS3598700. If the microwave is running but not heating your food, another possibility is the diode has burnt out. Part number PS3529603. It may also have a broken magnetron. Part number PS3517729. We hope this helps.
