I have tried to get this part elsewhere and i was sent the part with an identical part number but the part was not compatible, you don't have a photo - can you describe the shape of the part that fits into the door, if they are square or rectangular than it will not fit?Thanks,

Can you describe the shape of the handle ports where it gets screwed into the door, meb42396501 this part number elsewhere is square at the connection thus making it incompatible.
