The 2 light bulbs that illuminate the lower of microwave burnt out and made a popping sound. We got 2 new light bulbs and they did not work.

Where is the light bulb inside located or accessed

Hi roger, thank you for contacting us. To access the light bulb, you may need to remove the vent grille mounting screws. Tip the cover forward, then lift out to remove. Lift up the bulb holder to access the light bulb. We hope this information helps!
