Ordered 2 fans 1 was broken when it got here in 2 days. Call service dept. they said they couldn't replace till they got the fan back so I payed for another one it took 2 weeks to get here. They sayed they would send me a return lable for the broken one. After a week of that one coming in I call again they said they don't know what happend but it took them 30 min. to e-mail me a return lable. We will see how long it will take to credit my card back. You have to stay on them. Will write back when my cards gets credited back or not.

I had the incorrect name for the Axial Fan and no part number. I went to the PartSelect Chat room and the person there found the correct name and part number. Fan arrived on time, as promised, was easy to install and my AC works beautifully. I would definitely use PartSelect again, should the need arise...great customer service!

Was the right part, fit well, and even showed how to put it on, happy, happy.

The part I received was broken and took over a week to come in. I have been talking to customer service for over a week trying to get a refund because I ended up buying a new ac unit. I sent them a picture of my receipt and a picture of the broken part. That wasn’t enough they needed the make model and serial number, which I have given and haven heard anything in two days. They said they couldn’t open the picture. Which were sent from an I phone and I’m pretty sure a 5 year old could open them.

The part came broken and I send a picture of it to you. I received an email stating that I will get a return label for it. So far I haven’t received it. Regardsh

Part is broken. Got an email stating to send make and model. For what? The part was broken in the box. Just refund my money and keep the replacement part.
