I have two questions so i can determine what parts to order. 1. The soap, bleach and even fabric softener to not dispense into the washer and just stay in the reservoirs . 2. About every 3rd or 4th wash the ie code pops up and i have checked that inlet hose is not clogged or bent and just restart the wash and it will work fine and then 2 or 3 loads later it comes on again . Thanks very much and i appreciate the help in figuring out what parts i need
For model number WM2077CW
Hello Richard, Thank you for your inquiry. Since the IE error code does indicate an inlet water supply error and you've checked your hoses, Check the water supply faucets behind the washer to make sure they are fully open. Then test the water inlet valve with multimeter to see if has continuity. If it does, it may be the electronic control board. Hope this helps!
