Correct part, fast shipping.
The part was what I needed. The video of the repair was so very helpful. I needed my husband's muscles to get the springs back on but otherwise, it was pretty easy. I bought a special tool that stretches the springs. In my opinion, it would have been nearly impossible to get the wire bands and springs back on without it.

New bello
It was supposed to be the right part, however my washer did not have a drain hose on the bottom, we thought it was covered over, However after a few loads it started leaking. So we had to take the machine apart and discovered the covered over hose port had opened. My husband plugged it and not w it is fine. We would have appreciated a note telling us to plug it. Other than that it was great!

Easy repair except the spring retainer
I found it easier if I put a couple zip ties on the ends of the spring. To pull it apart to set in place. Then just cut them off when positioned correctly. Hope that helps some one else.

The billows had two holes in the bottom part.
Removed the front and replaced the bellows. Also watched a YouTube video of someone replacing the bellows of a similar washer.

Bellow was old and pump was making noise
Disconnected power, removed top cover, removed control panel, removed door assembly then was able to access and replace the bellow and pump.
washing machine was leaking at bottom of door and on left side from the dispenser asm. bellow was replaced & door hinge was bad
watched the video provided on site, very helpful for bellow replacement. there was no door hinge video. ordering parts for the bellow replacement, one clamp was on one page of the manual and the other clamp was on the other page, so look at the manuals provided so you can get the right part. the bellow i ordered was suppose to be for the
... Read moremodel i have. the part ordered had a drain on the bottom, my bellow did not have a drain so i bought a brass plug, some RTV and a small clamp and fitted the RTV to the plug and installed and fitted the small clamp. All works fine. they do have a part number without the drain at the bottom and would be helpful if the user manual for the model had the exact replacement part number listed, I.E. if customer has a model number it is confirmed or not if that model number has a drain port. i was going to send 2 of the 4 extra clamps for hoses i ordered and clamp for the bellow that was wrong back for credit. i was told i could dispose of the items when i requested a shipping label and i was credited the amount + a $10 nuisance rebate. This Business IMO has exemplary customer service and with my experience i would recommend them

I bought the one listed here, but it has a drain hole. I learned that mine does not have a drain hole! I had to return it and pay a restocking fee. What is the part number for the one that will fit this washer, but without a drain hole? I want to be sure i get the right part this time. Thanks...

Black mold has been noticed on the door boot seal. Have tried to remove it by using clorox wipes but with little results. Is there a way to remove the mold?
For model number WH2487HWM
Hi Jose,
Thank you for your inquiry. Try soaking a towel in hot soapy water and spray a mildew cleaner on the on the door boot seal. Make sure to wipe underneath and around it as well. You may find items like clothing stuck the folds of the door boot seal. Also remove the detergent dispensers and give them a good cleaning. After you have done this run an empty wash cycle on the hottest possible setting and use either, 1 cup of bleach, 1 cup of baking soda, 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/2 cup of an enzymatic dishwasher detergent or a commercial residue cleaner. Repeat this step if necessary if the problem persists. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Does it matter if there are open holes in the top of the rubber that it shows in your diagram. I have nothing to plug in to the holes in the top. I do have a drain hole in the bottom of the gasket.
