Bush

The part arrived relatively fast and undamaged. However, once the doors were removed, I found out that the part would not solve the problem as the door orifice for the part to insert into was damaged and no part would repair it. I would need to replace the actual door itself! In my opinion, this occurred because of a design flaw. The "bush" is a small, plastic pin that inserts into a plastic hole. The problem is that the side of the plastic wall of the hole broke away preventing the pin from seating snug. I ended up purchasing a new refrigerator (GE) and the hole was made of metal, not plastic. There were other problems with the first refrigerator such as weak glass shelving that cracked after only 10 months! Oh, the replacement shelf also cracked three years later!!! They sent me another free shelf but that does not compensate for the frustration of a poorly manufactured product.

It took about 5 days to come and had it on in about 20 min .. the reason it took so long is because I had to empty all the stuff on the door ,, what I'm say is it was easy to put on thank you for the part ,,,

Removed the freezer top hinge, removed freezer door. Removed middle hinge, Lifted fridge door off, removed bottom bushing plate. Pried old bushing out. Installed plate, inserted bushing and reassembled in reverse order. 1/2 hour. Hero in wife's eyes for oh... 5 sec. Works like new. Saved about $100 service call and part. Part was perfect replacement.

though it took some time for me to install this part if fit perfect and my fridge door does not rub or grind any more. The part was delivered on time and worked perfectly. Thank You
