Right rail drawer guide plastic was broken in rear
1st, emptied top freezer basket, used drill to remove 3 mounting screws, held new rail guide in place, installed same screws into freezer wall. Hand tightened with hand screwdriver to avoid over torquing with drill.

plastic on rail guides broke
removed three screws from each guide and removed. Replaced with new guides using the same screws.

I am looking for two parts. In the freezer section the plastic piece on each side which holds the top basket is broken. There are two holes on each side in the plastic into which the basket fits but they are broken and, therefore the basket comes off and sinks into the bottom section. I don't think i need the whole roller section but just the plastic sections. Am i correct or do i have to purchase the whole drawer rail guide?.

The right side drawer rail, the plastic part that holds the basket, is broken on my LG refrigerator/freezer, model lfc20760sw/01. The piece that has the part number is missing . I found this number referenced for the plastic part: 4932jj1010 (plastic piece that holds the basket). Is this the correct part number, can i buy just the plastic part?. the part number on the entire slide on my fridge is: 4930jj1024. will the slide part number: # 4975jj2028c work for this model?
