It worked!
The first spring didn't seem to fit. it was too large although it had the correct number on the bag. We thought it was mislabeled. So, we ordered another one and it was perfect. We paid the extra shipping and we got it much quicker and I got my microwave back. We will continue to order from them because the customer service was outstanding.

THE FILTER DOOR WHERE IT SAYS PUSH....#2000 ON THE DIAGRAM. IT WILL NOT STAY CLOSED..

Hello Ann, thank you for the question. The issue seems to be with the Slide-Out Hood Latch and you may need to replace it. The part number is PS12081900. This locks the slide-out hood in place. We hope this helps!
