washing machine was leaking at bottom of door and on left side from the dispenser asm. bellow was replaced & door hinge was bad
watched the video provided on site, very helpful for bellow replacement. there was no door hinge video. ordering parts for the bellow replacement, one clamp was on one page of the manual and the other clamp was on the other page, so look at the manuals provided so you can get the right part. the bellow i ordered was suppose to be for the

Read moremodel i have. the part ordered had a drain on the bottom, my bellow did not have a drain so i bought a brass plug, some RTV and a small clamp and fitted the RTV to the plug and installed and fitted the small clamp. All works fine. they do have a part number without the drain at the bottom and would be helpful if the user manual for the model had the exact replacement part number listed, I.E. if customer has a model number it is confirmed or not if that model number has a drain port. i was going to send 2 of the 4 extra clamps for hoses i ordered and clamp for the bellow that was wrong back for credit. i was told i could dispose of the items when i requested a shipping label and i was credited the amount + a $10 nuisance rebate. This Business IMO has exemplary customer service and with my experience i would recommend them

Always had an issue opening detergent dispenser and finally broke one of clips off but now it’s easier to open? Is it possible to purchase only the dispenser door cover? It’s not marked as available separately. Looking for a white one.

I am finding that a very small amount of water is leaking from the detergent drawer and down the front panel and side panel seam where they meet at the front of the unit to the floor. Not sure id this is a drawer issue or a drawer housing, orin a line is clogged. It appears that liquid is topping the drawer at some point. I have cleaned the drawer and drawer assembly which did not have much in the way of deposits on them. Any ideas?

Thank you for your question. If you have already cleaned the drawer assembly and the washer is still leaking from the detergent dispenser, then you will need to check inside the compartment for blockages. Check to see if there is anything obstructing the flow of water into the drum. If there is you will need to fix it. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The soap dispenser gets stuck because the fabric softener part comes off after a wash load. The top doesn't stay on any more. If i leave it on i have to take the top of the washer off to open the draw. I need to know if there is an improvement to the draw so this will not happen again.

Regarding the soap and softener dispenser, mine seems to not function properly. Water does spray into the tray but all the product does not empty out into the machine. The plastic trays are clean, no build up. I am confused as to why they don't work as designed. There is no mechanical issue here. Please explain.

When cleaning the pump filter i noticed there is no filter. Just a plastic basket. The entire housing is getting coated with a black slimey smelly gunk. How does one clean this out? I can't put a water hose in it because the water will flow out all over the floor and cause a lot of damage. What is the solution?

Hello David, thank you for writing. The Pump Filter for your model is part PS3522306. It does resemble a small basket. It can be removed to be cleaned or replaced. There is a small door on the front of the washer you can pry open with a flat-blade screwdriver to access it. Unplug the drain hose next to the filter and drain the water into a bucket. Then unscrew the pump filter to clean or replace it. We hope this helps.
