The drain hose is cracked and water is running out. How do you take off the back panel of the washer to remove the drain hose.
For model number WM2050CW
Hi Lorraine,
Thank you for your inquiry. There is a rear panel in the center on the back of the washing machine that you should be able to unscrew to gain access to the hose. For more information please refer to your owner's manual. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

We have suds coming out of the back of the washer machine. What is the case?
Hi Tuynua, Thank you for the questions. Suds normally comes up when the incorrect type of soap is used or to much soap is used and causes suds to build up in the drain pump. You can try to run a load of water with a cup of vinegar to clear the sump and pump assembly. You may need remove the pump and clean it out as well. Hope this helps!

The washer vent bellows is leaking. From the back panel view, it seems that removing the top is the way to replace it. Am I wrong. Thanks Dan
For model number VM2277HS
Hi Daniel, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, to access the hose, you may need to remove the screws holding the lid of the washer in place and take off the lid. We would recommend to replace the hose, part number PS3523351, to fix the issue. We hope this information is useful!
