Hello Bob, thank you for your question. The capacitor is not sold separately. It is included with the motor. It sounds like the issue is with the motor itself. I would recommend replacing the motor and the belt as well. I hope this helps!

Hi lee, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the moisture sensor bars at the bottom of the front bulkhead. You will need to remove one screw and lift the assembly away from the bulkhead and check to make sure the wires are attached to the metal bars. If so, clean the sensor bar assembly with rubbing alcohol or electrical contact cleaner to remove any build up or debris on the sensor bars so the control can recognize a wet load of clothes. This could indicate an issue with the door strike and lock and/or hinges as it almost sounds like it keeps cutting out the contacts, which sends the message the door is open. Door strike PS3522825. You need to check it with a multimeter; if there is some short circuit then you have to replace the drive motor with part number PS3523290. If still the issue persists, kindly check and replace the pulley assembly motor with part number PS3523033 and if the issue occurs again then check/replace the rollers with part number PS16763594.
