The lower part of the door frame has cracked. Can it be replaced?

Hello Sandra, thank you for your question. Yes, the outer door frame can be replaced. The SW and ST models use part number Part Number: PS7788766 and the SB model uses part number Part Number: PS7788765. You would have to check the model number on the appliance itself to get the exact model information to be sure of the correct part. I hope this helps!

The handle broke off this microwave/vent. It is now not available. Is there any way for me to fix the unit? Can i order a new door?

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately that part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and the manufacturer has not provided an authorized substitute. The only other thing that I could think of would be to contact your manufacturer and see if they have another part from a different model that will work with yours.
