Having trouble removing one screw to open cabinet to replace bulb. Two screws on the bottom
(back side) have a 6 sided head. I was able to find the screw driver, first one came out fine. Trying to remove the second screw seems impossible. Do you have ant ideas for me? 520 403-8517

Hello Lynda, thank you for your question. On this model the cover had 2 safety screws which require a torx bit with a hole in the center to remove them. I hope this helps!
