My freezer door gets quite a lot of consation just under the dispenser area which has to be wiped daily. What could be causing that and how do I fix it? The door gaskit has already been replaced.

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your question. If there is condensation forming on the freezer door, this may be caused by the refrigerator being too cold inside, the door gasket being damaged or worn and leaking cold air inside, or the door being open too long. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for your suggestions regarding the condensation on the freezer door. The gasket has been replaced and the door is not kept open so that would have to be ruled out . The gauges stopped working so i will jave to replace the board suggested so i cannot adjust the temperature. If there is air leaking inside the door, how do i address that problem?
For model number GSE29KGYACSS
Hello Ken, Thank you for your inquiry. Check for any cracks in the liner and run a gasket test using a plastic card around the edges to make sure the gaskets are sealing properly. This issue could also be coming from the defrost cycle inside of the refrigerator. Check the thermostats, and temperature sensor with a multimeter to see if they are working properly. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair and if you need assistance with placing an order, please do not hesitate to call our customer service, open 7 days a week to help you. We look forward to hearing from you.
