This fridge requires 2 springs, correct?

The french door seal does not close when the door shuts. The bottom spring looks fine. Is there something that should be at the top or is this spring the only thing that makes it close? If so, do these wear out?

Thank you for your question. Springs can wear out from time to to time, but this is not the only part you should check. If the French door seal or mullion is not closing correctly, you will need to also check the French door hinge and the French case cap. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
